Service

Doc2Excel provides tools for converting documents into Excel, CSV, and QuickBooks-ready files. You are responsible for making sure you have permission to upload and process each document.

Accounts

A free one-file conversion may be available without signing in. Buying credits, viewing account history, and using paid AI require a signed-in account. Keep your email account secure because sign-in links are sent there.

Credits and Billing

Converting one file is free. Credits are used for paid batches and optional AI help. AI is charged only when it improves the result. Unsuccessful AI attempts should not reduce your credit balance.

Credits are not cash, do not earn interest, and are intended for use inside Doc2Excel. Pricing and credit pack sizes may change over time, but already-purchased credits will remain attached to your account unless refunded, reversed, or removed for abuse.

Refunds

If credits were purchased by mistake or AI was incorrectly charged after an unsuccessful attempt, contact support. We may refund or restore credits when the request is reasonable and the credits have not been substantially used.

Document Review

Extraction output may contain mistakes, especially with scanned, blurry, handwritten, unusual, or low-quality documents. You are responsible for reviewing all downloaded files before importing them into accounting software or relying on them for bookkeeping, tax, audit, legal, or financial reporting.

Prohibited Use

Do not use Doc2Excel to process documents you do not have the right to access, to extract or misuse someone else's private information, to violate law or regulation, or to overload, probe, or abuse the service.

Availability

Doc2Excel is provided as an online tool and may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, deployment changes, or unexpected failures. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Doc2Excel is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for business losses, accounting errors, tax errors, or decisions made from unreviewed extraction output.
